If you are worried about your drinking habits, or of someone you know, then here are some links to websites which can offer more information. If you are concerned about your health, then please visit your GP. We aren't health experts, and can only offer our advice.

 

NHS Website

Please visit the NHS website for information on Drinking and alcohol. If you are worried about your, or somebody else's, drinking habits, have a look at their page on Alcohol Misuse for information. This page also has information for more people who can help. 

 

One You

You can visit the One You website, run by the NHS, for more general advice and tips, why you should cut down and ways to help you curb a habit. 

 

Drink Aware

The Drink Aware website has a page on alcohol facts, and even has a nifty calculator to work out what your alcohol intake is. They also have a self assessment to work out if you are drinking too much, if you're concerned about your intake of alcohol. 

 

The National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism 

The National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism has a great website, and they have a really informative page on an Overview of Alcohol Consumption where you can find out more information about what alcohol does to your body. 

 

Alcohol Addiction Center

The Alcohol Addiction Center has some great reesources to help tackle alchol addiction.
