The City of Chelmsford Mencap is a local, independent charity for children and adults with a learning disability. The Gateway Club for people aged 19+ and the Gateway Juniors have organised fun filled events for the summer and upcoming year and are lookig for eager volunteers to come help. City of Chelmsford Mencap relies on volunteers to support its service users to access its services and gain enjoyment, learning and the fulfilment of their potential.
