What are your main duties and how do they benefit others?

Acting as the voice of the hundred. This transfer of feedback results in continual improvement of the course.

 

What have you enjoyed most about volunteering?

Seeing improvements that I have facilitated is rewarding in itself.

 

What skills have you learnt and used during your volunteering?

I've learnt about forming a consensus and communicating that in meetings with the staff.

 

What inspires you to volunteer?

Change.

 

What is your favourite volunteering memory?

Realising I was important.
