Free On Campus Student Led Meditation

Join the ARU Peer Wellbeing Mentors and other students for a student led FREE meditation session.
Nanda is an ARU student and Peer Wellbeing Mentor who wants to give you time out of your busy week with a free on-campus meditation session. All welcome, suitable for those who have not tried mediation before to those who are more experienced. Nanda will lead you though some basic breathing exercises, creating some calm space and tranquillity. The session hopes to help you to ‘ground yourself’ and feel better- both in that moment and in the future.

ARU Peer Wellbeing Mentors are current ARU students who are here to help you through your ARU experience. The Peer Wellbeing Mentors provide drop-in sessions, fun activities and info on ARU's Counselling and Wellbeing Services.
