Join the ARU Peer Wellbeing Mentors and other students for a student led FREE yoga session.
Dominique, a current international student will lead the session. Dominique has practiced yoga for over ten years. They love being able to help others to move, stretch, bend, breathe, and meditate. They are dedicated to the art of yoga and bring a fresh perspective and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection.
Join Dominique, the Peer Wellbeing Mentors and other students and connect with your mind and body, and all you need to do is show up! No skills or flexibility required; all are welcome! We will take the hour to check in with our breath and move our bodies in ways that maybe we haven’t all day, week, month, or year.
Please come along in comfy clothes, book your free place today.
After the session why not stay and join us for tasty treats and good conversation.

ARU Peer Wellbeing Mentors are current ARU students who are here to help you through your ARU experience. The Peer Wellbeing Mentors provide drop-in sessions, fun activities and info on ARU's Counselling and Wellbeing Services.
