What is racial gaslighting? How do microaggressions affect a person’s well-being? How are privilege and identity connected?

The Race Equality Advocates have developed informative and interactive sessions to answer these questions and more. During Black History Month, these CPD sessions will explore themes related to race equality and anti-racism. Sessions will be held online via Teams each Wednesday between 6th-20th October from 2-3:30pm. Every member of the ARU community is welcome!

This first session will look into defining institutional racism, gaslighting and racial colour blindness. Join us to learn more about how you can combat each. Scenario exercises at the end will enable you to put what you learn into practice.
