I am running for student rep because I want to be the voice for fellow students. 

I feel that students should have their opinions respected and considered, as they all are all incredibly valuable. 

Student feedback should have an impact over educational improvements. My aim is to improve the overall response to students' views. 
Aside from this, I want to be able to stand up for and speak for/with lots of groups such as LGBT+, ethnic minorities, mental awareness and more. I'd also like to be able to find ways to provide more support for individuals/groups who struggle to come forward and confront matters. 

Others I would include are:

• Keeping everyone involved/social

• Representing everyone's interests

• Making sure I can be approached comfortably

• Welcoming constructive criticism for myself and accepting advice as well as offering

• Working as a team with everyone involved

• My main priority is to make sure everything and everyone is treated fairly.
