Hi guys 

This year is my first year running as course representative and I think I would make a great course representitive making change for the better within the Paramedic Science course. I as course rep would like introduce more support for students during the COVID-19 Pandemic as I know that this has been a hard time for some students, mentally as well as physically. I would also like to bring other courses together more for skills and extra learning.

As paramedics, we will be working alongside doctors, nurses and midwives and I think Uni is a great opportunity to build our skills in Inter-agency communication or JESIP for our future careers. I would also like to get students involved in training with Agencies outside of Uni such as Essex Police, RNLI and ECFRS. 

I would like to be a voice for students and be someone that hears and voices their opinions and makes genuine change within the course. I want to make sure all concerns are heard and adressed with the course lead or personal tutors. I also know how difficult it can be being a mature student and juggling the demands of Uni, work and family commitments.
