Safe Soulmates CIC

Safe Soulmates CIC logo

Safe Soulmates is a Community Interest Company established in 2018 by Vicky and Christine and is now run in collaboration with its steering group and strategic board. The aim of Safe Soulmates is to provide a safe space for people to socialise, as well as to support friendships and relationships to develop in a safe way. Every Soulmate has been met on Zoom or in real life and, due to our application process, we know that everyone is who they say they are. Without exception, everyone is a genuinely lovely person, who just wants to find new friends or that special someone.

We work hard to build the confidence of individual Soulmates and to provide them with the access to a thriving social life. We desperately believe that everyone deserves a social life and everyone deserves to have friends.

This opportunity takes place between 01 Mar 2023 and 12 Dec 2025 Closing date for applications is 12 Dec.

Community fundraisers play a vital role within our rapidly expanding organisation. This role is about motivating, mobilising, and rallying community members together to raise vital funds that allow us to continue supporting and empowering our soulmates. Our organisation leads with empathy and understanding, and we see the results as daily tangible differences in our Soulmates’ lives. We celebrate our differences and diversities because we are all united under the common belief that every person deserves to have friends.

Can you lead with empathy? But most  importantly, do you want to make a difference in the face of the epidemic of loneliness for neurodivergent and disabled adults?
