We are looking for a volunteer to help support the fundraising office with general administration tasks
To assist the Fundraising team with:
Processing of new tribute funds and recording all relevant information on the supporter database
Support with database and administration requirements of the Fundraising team i.e. data processes, filing, promotional material, letters, day-to-day office tasks, scanning, analysis and research
The facilitation of fundraising events organised by the team by way of posters, tickets, equipment etc
Data entry and updating tribute fund creations on the supporter database
Outgoing telephone calls to clarify data, arrange meetings, talks or school assemblies
Telephone calls in – to take messages for the team in their absence
Preparation of items to be sent out or delivered - i.e. merchandise to schools, collecting tins for street collections
Filing, photocopying, scanning, laminating
Other general office assistance as required
