Post Pals, the charity helping you to ‘Post a Smile on a Sick Child’s Face’ by the sending of cards, letters, emails and little gifts to seriously ill children and their siblings in the UK. It couldn’t be easier for anyone of any age to get involved, requires no commitment and costs only a stamp and 5 minutes of your time.

Three simple steps to brighton a sick childs day.

1. Click on Find Pals, select a child and read their page

2. Send a cheerful card, letter, email, or even a little gift to the child via the address on their page

3. Sit back and know that a child's day will be brightened because of YOU

Post Pals is a small charity run solely by volunteers who are dedicated to making seriously ill children aged 3 to 17, and their siblings smile by the sending of cards, letters, little gifts, support and friendship. Post Pals is supported by Children In Need, the Prince's Trust and the unsung hereos Queen's Award. Things that you could say in an email/card: • Talk about yourself – where do you live, where did you go to school, what hobbies do you have? • Do you have pets? – Do they do silly things? • Where have you recently been on holiday? • Do you know any funny jokes or poems? • What current tv programs are you enjoying? • Do you have any card related puns or jokes? • Draw a little picture.
