The society Music and Performing Arts Society great regular sessions, providing useful workshops, rehearsal spaces, performance opportunities and many social events to develop our students' abilities and confidence in the things they enjoy. “We will be hosting the highly anticipated ARU Showcase, This is an evening in the academy which ALL staff and students are invited to participate in. Whether you wish to perform or simply come along for a good night out in the Academy.


The Showcase ran last year as an end of year event to great success! And this year were putting one on earlier in the hope that it will be bigger and better than ever! We would love to invite you to the ARU Showcase on 29th November 7pm in the academy,


Tickets: £3 early bird, £5 on the door (Non-members) or £3 for society members, looking forward to seeing you there!


What does being part of this society mean to you?

I absolutely love organising opportunities for students and catering to requests, understanding and always learning how I can help make others experiences better. I've been involved with the society from the very beginning and love getting involved with the SU.


What is your societies biggest achievement?:

What is your society planning next?

Dance rehearsal lessons, ARU showcase, November 2018, two student led productions, cue.5 collaboration and an Addenbrookes visit working with the volunteering team.
