Eating in Peterborough is never boring. The city has a wide variety of lunch options to offer, including vegetarian, halal and international. Check out the below list and find out where to grab lunch, brunch and snacks during lecture break. 

 

Peterborough Market

The lively market stalls are just 5-minute walk from the campus, offering a range of hot food such as Greek gourmet cuisines, Asian noodles, and many seasonal foods. Eat locally also helps to support local business and reduce carbon foot-print.

Rivergate Shopping Centre

This compact shopping arcade is also about 5-minute walk away from the campus. The places to eat include a Greek café, an Italian café and a bubble tea shop if you fancy try something adventurous. There is also a Thai grocery stores where you can shop new spices for your cooking.

Wirrina Cafe

Let’s admit, this is a must-have on the list! Wirrina café is located at the University House, offering sandwiches, pastries and beverage. Vegan options and a piece of fruit are just £1 during lunchtime, because we believe students shouldn’t be broke over feeding themselves.

Greggs
