A joint evening event with the Cambridge Mammal Group, a chance to dissect owl pellets, learning some more about these elusive birds of prey and even take home whatever you find in the pellet!

Owl Pellet Dissection

A fantastic oppountity not to be missed! Pellets are a mass of undigested food, most often associated with birds of prey such as owls or hawks. Pellets from birds of prey often contain bones of small animals such as mice, rats and even bats!

Pellet ID Guides, tools and pellets will be provided.

To attend this event you must pay the £10 lifetime membership fee with the Cambridge Mammal Group. Please do this in adavnace as we cannot guantee that money will be taken at the event!  The membership fee gives you access to all the workshops and training that he CMG do for life and many of them are highly reccomended for people who wish to work in the field, so it is certainly worth your money!
