The ARU Sustainability Society is proud to present the sleepout night event! 

Would you like to make a real difference? Our event promotes a social active partecipation to raise awareness about the more and more common issues surrounding the homelessness world. 

 You are going to find a welcome refreshment, guest speakers from Wintercomfort, a presentation from the Society Committees and a meal for dinner. But most importantly... loads of fun activities and a sleepbag will be provided to you in order to share this unique experience all together! 

We would like to raise awareness about what spending the night out of your comfortable bed means, to feel closer even just for one night to people that have not other choice rather than do that. 

The Society is gonna collect food (tinned and packed) and clothes (preferably summer clothes) throughout the event, as well as in dedicated collection points that will be set up in ARU and in Cambridge City Centre in the weeks prior to the event.  All proceeds will be donated to Wintercomfort along with the sleeping bags provided, and participants will have the possibility to donate funds directly to the abovementioned charity.
