Do you enjoy working with children or young people? Are you passionate about big ideas like equality, the environment and co-operation? Woodcraft Folk is an educational movement for children and young people, designed to develop self-confidence and activity in society, with the aim of building a better, fairer world. Woodcraft Folk are looking for new volunteers to work with their Pioneer groups in and around Cambridge. These cater for young people from 10 to 12 years old, and meet weekly during school term times. At Pioneers, Woodcraft Folks' young members develop new skills and learn about the world through games, crafts, debates, drama and outdoor activities. Woodcraft Folk thrives on the talents, commitment and enthusiasm of volunteers from many different backgrounds. They are looking for people who can work co-operatively as part of a small team of volunteers to deliver fun and creative activities inspired by Woodcraft Folk's aims and principles.
