Gujarati society

Kem Cho? Majama?

Welcome to the first Gujarati Society of the ARU.

Our goal is to put on the best events and make sure that our members have a great time while they are at ARU. This society's major goal is to offer its members the best Gujarati cuisine and a variety of cultural activities.

We aim to celebrate events like Garba nights, kite decoration events, Janmashtami, Gujarati drama (Bhavai) / movie nights, Chaniya Choli exhibitions, hand embroidery workshops, Rakshabandhan events, Gujarati karaoke activities, Navratri Garba competitions, along with weekly meet and greets.

We are proud to establish this society to promote diversity and teach our members about the Gujarati culture. We are welcoming to any ethnic minority or any race, as our motive is to make people meet, talk, stay in touch, and have a lot of fun. Throughout, the time you will be with us in our society, we promise to make it fun for you with various traditional events and a large variety of Gujarati food. We hope to see you in the coming weeks and to see the happiness on your faces.

Please make sure to check out our social media handles, to stay updated on our latest events.

Thank you!
