Events

 

RUNNING EVENTS

 

For each event your society organises, you must have:

 

What's On Calendar Event 
using the 'events' tab on your committee admin tools.

 

Risk Assessment
(submitted at least 5 working days before the event)

by logging an activity on your committee admin tools.

 

Room Booking - if you require a room on campus
(submitted at least 1 week before the event)

by logging an activity on your committee admin tools.

 

Guest Speaker Form - if you're hosting an external speaker, you will need to submit your guest speaker form at least 4 weeks before the event by logging an activity on the Activities Dashboard. 


If you're hosting an internal speaker, you will need to submit your guest speaker form at least 2 weeks before the event.
