Meet Jeebu

It's time to roll out your yoga mat and limber up for Jeebu's Yoga tutorial. Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. He will be starting with some stretching and loosening poses and will then be going into some yoga poses. The beauty of yoga is that you don't have to be a pro to reap the benefits.

Meet Victor
