There are so many useful apps and online resources to help with your mental health! I have chosen these resources and apps that you can download on your phone. It can be really important and vital to someone to have quick and easy access to support in your pocket.

Why would someone need an app or online resource?

Not everyone feels comfortable talking face to face with someone. You can access and use the apps in your own time whenever you feel you need it.
