You have told us that you want the Cambridge and Chelmsford libraries open 24hrs over the weekends before hand in, we have lobbied our University to do this for you.

The libraries at Cambridge and Chelmsford will be open 24 hours over the week-ends of:

26-28 April, 3-5 May and 10-12 May.

This is a result of feedback that extended library opening would be welcomed during the assignment hand-in period. The extended hours will be self-service only.

Let me know how it goes!

Cheers

12:18pm on 29 Apr 13 Alex, thank you for your comments. I will take this back to the University Librarian, however for the SU to take lobby action on this it would be great to have a mandate like this sent to Union Council via policy. More info can be found here http://www.angliastudent.com/represent/councilsandforums/ and the next Union Council which all students can vote at is tomorrow 30th April!
