We had a great time this Tuesday, learning about the skills required for professional negotiations! With the help and assistance of our wonderful guest speaker, Andrew Noble, we managed to go through the most important elements of any negotiation, and then practice all the knowledge that we have received on the real-life scenario.

We had a variety of students from Business, Law and HR courses in attendance, and the discussion was really heated – the scenario we were working on involved employment law issues, discrimination, sexual harassment and even a bit of criminal law!

Thank you to our friends, HR and Management Society, for organising this event with us – it was incredibly fun and beneficial at the same time!
