Join Team ARU for a fun and free 30 minute online ‘Stretch & Core’ class, focusing on core exercises and some relaxing stretches.

Low intensity so it’s accessible for a variety of fitness levels. Getting active doesn’t mean that you have to spend hours in the gym. Research shows that keeping active can not only benefit our physical wellbeing, but also our mental wellbeing.

Due to a variety of factors, including increased self-esteem, a sense of self-control and the ability to rise to the challenge, keeping active comes highly recommended when considering how to maintain and improve your mental wellbeing.
