“Holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to any event for which this ticket is issued and waives all claims against the event sponsor, the owner of the facility, the ticket producer, issuer, ARU Surgical Society or the ARU Student’s Union. Admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules and the ticket holder consents to reasonable examinations and searches to ensure compliance. Failure to comply with the law or facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion.

IMPORTANT NOTES: There is a £175 charge by our providers to stop the boat for any reason for example over drinking, inappropriate/disruptive behaviour or violence, you will be liable to pay this - not ARU Surgical Society and not the ARU Student’s Union. Likewise, there is a charge for cleaning up any excess mess/vomit etc on the boat of £50 - which neither ARU Surgical Society or the ARU Student’s Union will be liable for. Therefore, we seriously advise you to behave and act responsibly and understand the implications of not doing so.”
