During Sound Meditation, you will lie down on a yoga mat with pillows and blankets and listen to the sounds of the gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and Koshi chimes, to create a feeling of relaxation and well-being, all played by Claire White, a qualified group Sound Therapist.
Sound meditation has numerous benefits, including: Quietening the mind, creating calm, a feeling of well-being, better sleep, clearer thinking, assisting with easing anxiety and depression, enhancing one’s ability to listen, focus and increase concentration levels and it can promote empathy, compassion and inner peace.
