Managing mental health and stress- hacks and exercises session
Online session through Teams 2 hours: 6pm-8pm Tuesday January 11
The session is aimed at enjoying time with others, while also learning about and improving your mental fitness at the same time.
Whether you are a first-year student or you are graduating this year, we can all work on our key mental fitness skills.
