This session will also introduce you to Fika a mental fitness app.
The session is aimed at enjoying time with others, while also learning about and improving your mental fitness at the same time.
Whether you are a first-year student or you are graduating this year, we can all work on our key mental fitness skills.
This session will be led by Mila, an ARU Peer Wellbeing Mentor.
