for 15 - 30 minutes

Your mind is the most powerful tool you’ve got to boost your positivity. In this session you will learn about 1 technique to train it.
Learn skills and techniques to feel more positive.

FIKA is an App used to improve mental health, and consequently build mental fitness. We will run this session from the FIKA App, ideally you will need to download the App but it is possible to join in without it.

These 15 minute session will be hosted over  Microsoft Teams by your Peer Wellbeing  Mentors.
