Procrastination can be a barrier to assignments and revision for many students at university. This workshop will give you some knowledge and expertise to try and avoid procrastination impacting on your progress and aim to give you the confidence to take control.'
ims and objectives:
- Understand more about why procrastination happens
- Learn about the link between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour *
- Consider strategies to avoid procrastination in the future
This workshop has limited spaces to aid the workings of a confidential space. Please be assured that no-one will be asked to share their personal experiences, but reflections and feedback about any of the questions and subject matter may be helpful and are encouraged. You will need to be in a confidential space and have a pen and paper handy.
