Look after your wellbeing this trimester by meeting other students

Looking after your personal wellbeing is very important.  It’s important to stay connected with the ARU community and other students.

Come and join the Peer Wellbeing Mentors and other students for a chat over a drink and some fun free arts and crafts.

ARU Peer Wellbeing Mentors are current ARU students who are here to help you through your ARU experience.  The Peer Wellbeing Mentors provide drop-in sessions, fun activities and info on ARU's Counselling and Wellbeing Services.
They are here happy to listen to and signpost to the appropriate support.

Where you can find them
Cambridge: Monday – Friday.
4 – 7pm
Students’ Union, ground floor Peter Taylor House
