Everyone feels overwhelmed at times. Our Open Door calm space hosted by CPSL Mind provides somewhere to go if you need a bit of space and tranquillity.
We all have thoughts. Sometimes our minds will feel quiet, and other times feel really loud.
Instead of focusing on stopping the thoughts, you will be guided through a meditation that allows you to notice the thoughts and then let them go.
Each week you will have the chance to chat with others and share your experiences, however, this is a safe space, and you can choose whether to join in with discussions and reflections.
This is a judgment-free space where everyone is welcome, and we have no problems with cameras being turned off. Simply join us and create some calm and quiet in your day.
