Everyone feels overwhelmed at times. Our Open Door calm space hosted by CPSL Mind provides somewhere to go if you need a bit of space and tranquillity.

Practising gratitude is something we can all benefit from. It’s about experiencing that feeling of appreciation for things big or small.

In this session, you will begin to cultivate gratitude through meditation and will spend time focusing on the things and people you are grateful for.

Each week you will have the chance to chat with others and share your experiences, however, this is a safe space, and you can choose whether to join in with discussions and reflections.

This is a judgment-free space where everyone is welcome, and we have no problems with cameras being turned off. Simply join us and create some calm and quiet in your day
