Everyone feels overwhelmed at times. Our Open Door calm space hosted by CPSL Mind provides somewhere to go if you need a bit of space and tranquillity.

A new year brings new beginnings and a great opportunity to embark on mindfulness.

This session focuses on setting intentions for 2023 and is designed to help you approach the New Year with hope, confidence and determination.

In this session you will be guided through some short basic mindfulness practices.

Each week you will have the chance to chat with others and share your experiences, however, this is a safe space, and you can choose whether to join in with discussions and reflections.

This is a judgment-free space where everyone is welcome, and we have no problems with cameras being turned off. Simply join us and create some calm and quiet in your day
