Recognise and appreciate the wisdom of the body and the wealth of information it gives us.
Notice sooner when something is not right.
Increase enjoyment of what does feel right.
Improve your relationship with your body.
Learn to trust your gut instincts.
This workshop has limited spaces to aid the workings of a confidential space. Please be assured that no-one will be asked to share their personal experiences, but reflections and feedback about any of the questions and subject matter may be helpful and are encouraged.
