Bereavement meditation Online
A guided meditation to help you:
Take time to reflect and acknowledge the loss you are experiencing
Experience and accept whatever emotions arise in relation to your loss
Both say goodbye and appreciate that the effects of your loved one’s life are all around you.
It won’t make the pain go away, but I am hoping it will help you process the loss and perhaps find a little peace and comfort in that journey.
This workshop is not suitable if you are in a state of shock from a very recent or traumatic loss. If so, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange support.
This workshop has limited spaces to aid the workings of a confidential space. Please be assured that no-one will be asked to share their personal experiences, but reflections and feedback about the meditation itself may be helpful and are encouraged.
