Everyone feels overwhelmed at times. Our Open Door calm space hosted by CPSL Mind provides somewhere to go if you need a bit of space and tranquillity.

It’s completely normal to have bad days on the clock every now and again, but if we constantly feel exhausted, emotionally drained, unproductive and unmotivated at university, these could be the warning signs of academic burnout.

In this session, you will be guided through a range of meditation exercises which focus on preventing and easing burnout.

Each week you will have the chance to chat with others and share your experiences, however, this is a safe space, and you can choose whether to join in with discussions and reflections.

This is a judgment-free space where everyone is welcome, and we have no problems with cameras being turned off. Simply join us and create some calm and quiet in your day
