Everyone feels overwhelmed at times. Our Open Door calm space hosted by CPSL Mind provides somewhere to go if you need a bit of space and tranquillity.

Join us this Valentines Day to celebrate yourself.

Do you treat yourself with the same compassion as others? Do you know how to treat yourself with kindness?

In this session, you will be guided through a range of reflective meditation exercises, which focus on befriending yourself and treating yourself with more compassion and kindness.

Each week you will have the chance to chat with others and share your experiences, however, this is a safe space, and you can choose whether to join in with discussions and reflections.

This is a judgment-free space where everyone is welcome, and we have no problems with cameras being turned off. Simply join us and create some calm and quiet in your day
