Did you know that drawing is a great way to boost your mood and reduce stress?
Join us and take an hour out of your day to relax and draw.
It is a safe space and everyone from all abilities is welcome.
Enjoy some free refreshments too, whilst connecting with other students.
This is a safe space, and you can choose whether to join in with discussions or activities. We look forward to meeting you.
Drop into our weekly Good Mood cafe on campus (in the Students’ Union) to connect with like-minded students. These sessions provide an opportunity to meet new people, share interests, skills and wellbeing tips in an informal space to help boost your mood. It’s OK not to be OK, so you don’t have to be in a good mood to come along to a Good Mood cafe- but we hope everyone will leave feeling better than when they arrived.
