Everyone feels overwhelmed at times. Our Open Door calm space hosted by CPSL Mind provides somewhere to go if you need a bit of space and tranquillity.
Journaling is a meditative practice too and it can have a great impact on our mood, mindset and motivation.
In this session you will be guided through a series of journal prompts which focus on aspects such as gratitude and self-reflection.
Bring along a notepad and pen to the session.
Each week you will have the chance to chat with others and share your experiences, however, this is a safe space, and you can choose whether to join in with discussions and reflections.
This is a judgment-free space where everyone is welcome, and we have no problems with cameras being turned off. Simply join us and create some calm and quiet in your day.
