Mindfulness and mobile phone use Friday 14 October 2022, 3.30pm to 4.30pm Sign up: Wellbeing workshops - https://bit.ly/2SBThOF A workshop to help you: Feel more in control of your mobile phone use, rather than controlled by it. Understand what drives the urge to scroll down. Notice the effects on your body and mind. Notice the difference between mindless and mindful mobile phone use. Please be assured that no-one will be asked to share their personal experiences, but reflections and feedback about any of the questions and subject matter may be helpful and are encouraged. You will need to be in a confidential space and have a pen and paper handy.
