Join this session to practise meditation exercises in self-compassion and loving kindness. This is a safe space, and you can choose whether to join in with discussions. Everyone feels overwhelmed at times. Our Open Door calm space hosted by CPSL Mind provides somewhere to go if you need a bit of space and tranquillity. These sessions offer a place to find guidance on self-help techniques which can help you to ‘ground yourself’ and feel better- both in that moment and in the future.
