Tuesday 18 January 2 - 3pm: Join this online session to ground yourself and practise some mindfulness exercises to help you settle into ARU. This session is hosted by CPSL Mind and ARU and offer a place to find guidance on self-help techniques which can help you to ‘ground yourself’ and feel better- both in that moment and in the future.
