Join your Peer Wellbeing Mentors Tuesdays 4pm-7pm on the Cambridge Campus at the Students’ Union, Peter Taylor House.
Leah your Peer Mentor will be holding mindfulness sessions where you will have the opportunity to colour in soothing patterned colouring books, read a book that you have chosen to bring and also have a read of our own mindfulness books. By coming to these sessions you are allowing yourself to take a break from the realities of University and the stress and pressure it brings. You will have time to yourself with the comfort of having others around you.
