Help create more social change by taking part in our Free Rice Challenge!  A fun way to volunteer and challenge yourself and all you need is a phone or laptop so you can do it from your room!

Free Rice is an online quiz where every right answer helps to end world hunger by donating grains of rice to the World Food Programme.

Use our special code to join the ARU group and compete against other students to donate the most grains of rice.

Plus, be in with the chance of winning prizes each week during Refreshers.

Every Monday during Refreshers (Monday 11th, 18th and 25th) we will be awarding prizes to the top 3 students on the leaderboard so you can join in at any time and still be in with a chance to win a prize that week. The final announcement on Monday 25th January, where there will be an extra prize for the overall winner!
