We have a strong kindness culture at ARU with many students being regular volunteers, activists and just generally kind human beings!

After the world collapsed and everything moved to Zoom we wanted to find a way for our kind community to come together. We created the Kindness Hour where every session we do a different activity helping an important cause. We have been signing petitions, knitting clothes for premature babies and making cards for those affected by self-isolation. It has been a lot of fun and we want to continue it through this academic year.

At this event we will hold a Kindness Hour social. We will get to know each other a little better and it is an opportunity for you to ask questions about volunteering, the Kindness Hour and how you can get involved.
