Eliza Torres, your Vice President Medical Science & Faculty of Health, Social Care and Education, is putting on a series of Cultural Give-it-a-Goes to help celebrate the diversity of cultures here at ARU.
Hey everyone! Just wanted to let you know that my first ever Cultural Give-it-a-Go event will showcase Nigeria!
The event will give you the opportunity to feel like a piece of home has been brought to ARU or for you to learn about another culture you may have never experienced before.
The day will include:
- Language lessons in Yoruba, Ibo and Hausa
- Traditional Nigerian Music
- Dance session
- Free photo booth and inflatables
The fun doesn’t end there!! We will also be providing traditional Nigerian food and drink from a Nigerian restaurant.
When you arrive you will receive your boarding pass and passport to ensure you’re arrival to “Nigeria in ARU” is a smooth landing and receive a travel stamp for your attendance :)
