Random act of kindness takes place on Monday 17 February. This day is all about celebrating the power of kindness and the positive impact it can have on the world around us. According to studies, kindness increases: the love hormone, energy, happiness, lifespan, and serotonin. Kindness reduces: stress, anxiety, pain, depression, and blood pressure.
