The International Office and Students’ Union are excited to be working in partnership to host next year’s Global Week from 26 February to 1 March 2024! 

Global Week is a week dedicated to celebrating the many cultures of ARU students. You'll have the chance to host a stall on campus and share your culture in any way you choose. 

How you can get involved...

Here are just a few ways you could be involved. If you do choose to take part, we'll give you a budget to cover the costs. 

• Share some traditional food, clothes, games, music or art
• Hold an event - how about a language class, a dance or a fitness session?
• Dress in your national costume. Why not join the parade of an ethnic walk?

Please email q.mao-thomas@angliastudent.com or drop into the SU desk (every Thursday & Friday) to discuss your ideas. If you'd like to be involved but you're not sure how, we can put you in contact with other students of the same nationality so you can come up with an idea together.
