Taking a headshot isn’t always easy – but with a few tips from our SU team we can help you take the perfect picture.

No need to book - it's first come, first served, so drop in to your SU space for all the help you need.

If you can't make the sessions, here are some top tips to get your started:

1. Find a great background.

2. Choose the right camera & settings.

3. Use natural light

4. Choose your outfit wisely

5. Don't get craxy with accessories

6. Nail the camera height (ideally eye level with you)

7. Use a tripod (or flatmate)

8. Focus on the eyes

9. Get the right expression (smile like you mean it)

10. Crop the image when you're done
