Holi celebrates the arrival of spring, the end of winter, the blossoming of love, and for many it's a festive day to meet others, play and laugh, forget and forgive. The spirit of Holi is one of playfulness and inclusivity, so anyone and everyone are welcome to join in on the fun.
Every ARU student is welcome to participate and enjoy with their friends dancing and throwing colors at each other. Come join us and enjoy !! You're more than welcome to bring plus one friend/family who's not an ARU student.
Traditionally, those participating wear white to really show the coloured dye as they're thrown. So if you would like to be a part of the dye throwing then please come in whites to show you want to be involved! or please come in some old clothes that you do not mind getting the colour powder on.
The colour powder is made from vegetable starch, dyed with food-grade colouring and is non flammable.
